Return and Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, or if something unexpected occurs during delivery, please review our return and refund terms below.

 

1. Returns

If you wish to return an artwork, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition.

  • Original packaging is preferred where possible.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

2. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged in transit, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below to ensure we can process a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs showing:

    • The damage to the item

    • The packaging (inside and outside)

    • Any shipping labels or handling marks

  • Do not discard the packaging until we confirm the next steps.

We will file a claim with the courier and keep you informed throughout the process. If the claim is successful, you will be offered a full refund.

Please note: If we are not informed within the specified 48-hour period, we may be unable to offer compensation.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days. Please note that actual transfer times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges (except for damaged items) are non-refundable.

 

4. Delivery of Featured Artists’ Work

Please note: artworks sold on behalf of Featured Artists may take longer to dispatch, as they are often stored off-site. Once you place an order, we will arrange collection from the artist and ship it to you as soon as possible. We will keep you updated on progress and estimated delivery dates.
