What types of art do you sell?
Colours Across offers a carefully selected mix of curated pieces and original works from Featured Artists. Every piece is chosen for its quality, character and ability to spark connection.
Are all pieces original?
Most works are original or limited editions. Each artwork listing indicates whether the piece is an original, a limited-edition print or another format.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. UK delivery is free.
International delivery is available by arrangement and is quoted separately according to the artwork, destination and insurance requirements. Please contact us before purchasing for an international delivery quote.
International customers may also be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed in the destination country.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within the UK is free.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Curated Pieces: We normally aim to dispatch these within 3 working days.
Featured Artists: Dispatch times vary depending on the artwork and the artist's location. Some works are dispatched by Colours Across, while others may be shipped directly by the artist under arrangements coordinated by the Gallery.
Where a longer fulfilment period applies, we will provide or agree an estimated delivery timeframe with you.
Can I request urgent delivery?
Yes. Please contact us before purchasing and we will let you know whether urgent delivery is possible for the artwork you are interested in.
How is artwork packaged?
All artworks are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials suitable for the nature, size and value of the piece.
Artwork Details & Authenticity
Do artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Where a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is provided, this will be stated in the artwork listing. Many original and limited-edition works by our Featured Artists are supplied with appropriate documentation.
How do you verify curated pieces?
Each curated piece is carefully inspected and researched. We aim to provide accurate and transparent information about condition, attribution, age and provenance where known.
Please refer to the individual artwork listing for the information available for a particular piece.
Will framing be included?
Some pieces are sold framed and others unframed. Each artwork page will state what is included.

Can I see more images of a piece?
Yes. Please contact us and we'll be happy to provide additional photographs or close-ups where available.
Returns & Issues
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging so that we can investigate promptly and, where appropriate, make a claim with the courier.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible online purchases can be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available on our website.
Bank transfer is also available for selected purchases, particularly where an artwork is purchased following a direct enquiry.
If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer or require an alternative payment arrangement, please contact us before purchasing.
Can I reserve a piece?
We may be able to reserve an artwork for a short period. Please contact us to discuss availability.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not currently offer formal payment plans, although you are welcome to contact us if you would like to discuss a particular artwork.
